Who are we?

HSBA is a student-run, non-profit organization at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), dedicated to facilitating and promoting the advancement of our members from students to young professionals.

Our organization was founded in 1981 by a small group of individuals whose goal was to serve the unmet needs of the Latinx community on campus. Almost 39 years later, students of different backgrounds join HSBA every year to gain valuable leadership skill sets and expand their network, in order to become competitive candidates in the professional world.

HSBA is proud to say that we are one big familia of passionate, ambitious, and hard-working students.

Our Mission

We strive to provide our members with networking and internships opportunities. HSBA is here as a resource to help our members get prepared for the corporate world and become the leaders of tomorrow. The HSBA familia serves as a support system for our members in every possible way.
